Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Hendrick’s Tea House. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment method: USPS First Class Package
Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days
Shipment cost: Calculated by weight (Free for orders over $20)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Hendrick’s Tea House ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Hendrick’s Tea House is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Hendrick’s Tea House is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S. Please contact us for any requests at contact@hendricksteahouse.com.
Return Policy
Returns & Refund Policy
We’re very sorry, but food products cannot be returned. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective. Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an INCORRECT item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with or not in their original condition.
Returns
For instances where a product is defective, damaged or contaminated, you may contact us to request a return of your purchase within 14 days of receiving your shipment for a refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
No refund given, exchange offered or correspondence will be entered into for:

Products that have been opened or tampered with or are not in their original condition.

Incorrect orders made by the recipient
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within five (5) business days.
